Contents Page Research

I have been researching other magazines to find out what features they have that I need to consider putting in mine. I discovered that many magazines have a letter or note from the editor. I think this would be a good element to include in my contents page as it connects the audience with the company. Here are some examples of note from the editor in Kerrang! magazine:
